Most school systems are made for large private chains with an IT department. 1 Digital Academy is made for the 300-student academy in Chiniot, Faisalabad or Sargodha that runs on a register, a fee book and WhatsApp groups.
1 Digital Academy began as the internal portal of our own academy in Chiniot. The first version replaced three things: the attendance register, the monthly fee ledger and the results notice board.
Once teachers stopped asking for the paper register back, other academies asked for the same. We rebuilt it so every academy gets its own private space, its own branding and its own domain — on the same system we keep improving.
1 Digital Academy is built and supported by Genroar, a software team based in Dubai and Pakistan. Support is in Urdu and English, on WhatsApp, from people who know how a fee book works.
Each academy's records are isolated in their own account and never shared with other academies. Student and guardian data is used only to run your portal. Parents see only their own children. You can export or delete your academy's data on request.
The portal is built by Genroar's engineering team — five engineers with 8–15 years each in Node, React and PostgreSQL — and shaped by the office staff and teachers of our own academy in Chiniot, who use it every school day.
